Due to restrictions
set by Panasonic and their distributors Panasonic Toughbook laptops, Toughpad
tablets and accessories cannot be returned.
Visibly damaged packages
should be refused at point of delivery and reported to shipment carrier .
Defective prouducts are handled directly with Panasonic at 855-772-8324.
Returns will not be accepted by Renew PC, Inc. without a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. all
