At M Rugged Mobile, we specialize in Panasonic TOUGHBOOK and rugged computing solutions that are often custom-configured to meet specific customer needs. Because of manufacturer and distributor restrictions, certain products have unique return guidelines.

Non-Returnable Items (Manufacturer Policy)

Panasonic TOUGHBOOK computers, tablets, and most accessories are non-returnable once shipped.

This policy is set by Panasonic and its authorized distribution network, as many systems are built-to-order and cannot be resold once configured.

Defective or DOA Products

If your product arrives defective or not functioning properly:

  • You are fully protected under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • We will assist you in initiating a warranty claim with Panasonic
  • Our support team is available to help troubleshoot and guide you through the process

You will not be left on your own—we’re here to help every step of the way.

Eligible Returns (Non-Toughbook Items)

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply
