The Panasonic TOUGHBOOK 54 has been updated to the CF 54 mk3. The mk (mark) indicates the processor and main board. Highly customizable, the Panasonic Semi Rugged laptop is a light-weight, thin semi-rugged laptop with the latest generation i5 or i7 Intel processor. 4 models to choose from, Lite, Prime, Performance and Gloved Multi Touch.  Features on select TOUGHBOOK 54 laptop models  include a spill resistant keyboard and magnesium alloy chassis. Options for the Panasonic TOUGHBOOK CF 54  include hard drive/SSD heater, DVD Drive, true Serial Port, backlit keyboard, dedicated GPS, 4G LTE mobile broadband with satellite GPS, antenna pass-through for an external roof mounted antenna, insertable and contactless SmartCard readers. This lightweight powerful Panasonic CF 54 laptop also has the option for a second battery and SSD.
